中山市共有芳香植物39科64属90种,其中裸子植物3科5属6种,双子叶植物31科52属74种,单子叶植物5科7属10种。主要集中于木兰科、樟科、桃金娘科、芸香科、菊科、马鞭草科和姜科等,本文详细介绍了樟树、山苍子、黄栀子、山姜和鱼腥草等重要的芳香植物,并结合其特点及加工方法就合理开发利用提出建议。  相似文献

选取南京地区露地引种的12种常绿阔叶树种,借助电导法对其抗寒性进行研究,结果表明:12种常绿树种在2003年与2005年冬季期间,抗寒能力高低排序具有很好的一致性与重复性.12种常绿树种在2005年10月至2006年3月期间随冬季低温诱导进行其抗寒能力呈逐渐增强趋势,其中在1月中旬树种抗寒能力均达到最强,而通常在10月份或3月份期间树种抗寒能力最弱.比较而言,12种常绿阔叶树种对冬季低温条件响应的快慢程度各有差异,其中樟科的香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)、浙江樟(Cinnamomum japonicum)属于低温快速响应型,而冬青科的冬青(Ilex purpurea)、大叶冬青(Ilex latifolia)属于低温滞缓响应型,其余树种为正常响应型.12种常绿阔叶树种试验所得抗寒能力结果与引种地冬季观察结果具有很好的对应性.研究结果可为常绿阔叶树种进一步向较高纬度地区的引种与栽培管理工作提供重要的参考.  相似文献

Aim:  To find a quick and reliable diagnostic technique for penicillin nonsusceptible Streptococcus pneumoniae (PNSSP) from Nanjing, China.
Methods and Results:  A total of 130 S. pneumoniae clinical isolates and 50 healthy carriers' isolates were collected from seven teaching hospitals in Nanjing between March 2005 and June 2007. Three different methods, PCR, seminested-PCR, and PCR-RFLP, were applied in detecting PNSSP. The prevalence of PNSSP was 73·9%, the penicillin-resistance rate of children's group and adults' group were 87·8% and 31·2%, respectively. The PCR method had difficulty in identifying intermediate-resistant and resistant isolates, the PCR-RFLP method could only be used for susceptible isolates and had poor sensitivity. Seminested-PCR was fast, sensitive for detection, and successfully differentiated between moderately and highly resistant S. pnemoniae ; 96·1% of the PCR results were in agreement with the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) data.
Conclusions:  The penicillin resistance rate in isolates from children was much higher than of isolates from adults in China. Seminested-PCR for pbp1A was the best diagnostic method.
Significance and Impact of the Study:  We compared three different strategies for the first time in identification of PNSSP in China. In conclusion, seminested-PCR can be applied in clinical microbiology laboratories for detection of serious infections caused by S. pneumoniae .  相似文献

There is a growing body of evidence indicating the potential value of essential oils as control agents against a range of arthropod ectoparasites, particularly lice, mites and ticks. Toxicity has been demonstrated following immersion and physical contact with treated surfaces, as well as after exposure to the vapour of these oils; the last of these factors implies that there is a neurotoxic, rather than simply a mechanical, pathway in their mode of action. However, the volatile nature of essential oils suggests that their residual activity is likely to be short‐lived. A possible advantage of essential oils over conventional ectoparasite treatments may refer to their reported ovicidal efficacy, although it is unclear whether this results from neurotoxicity or mechanical suffocation. There are many difficulties in comparing the findings of existing studies of essential oil toxicity. One major issue is the wide variation among batches in the relative concentrations of oil constituents. A second issue concerns the fact that many experimental designs make it difficult to confirm that the effect seen is attributable to the oil; in many cases inappropriate controls mean that the effects of the excipient on mortality cannot be distinguished. Hence, it is important that an excipient‐only control is always included in these bioassays. Furthermore, in direct contact assays, when attempting to identify the toxicity pathway of the essential oil tested, it is important to include a hydrophobic control. Without this, it is impossible to distinguish simple mechanical effects from neurological or other cellular toxicity. The use of essential oils in the control of veterinary ectoparasites is an area which holds considerable potential for the future and research into their use is still at an early stage. More extensive field trials, the standardization of components, the standardization of extraction, the standardization of good experimental design, mammalian toxicology profiling and excipient development, as well as further investigation into the residual activities and shelf‐lives of these oils are all required to allow the full realization of their potential.  相似文献

Background

Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) is a major pest of stored grain-based products, and cause severe damage to cereal grains throughout the world. The present investigation was aimed to determine the pesticidal and pest repellent activities of 2α,3β,21β,23,28-penta hydroxyl 12-oleanene against T. castaneum. The compound 2α,3β,21β,23,28-penta hydroxyl 12-oleanene is a triterpenoid which was isolated from the roots of Laportea crenulata Gaud. Surface film technique was used for pesticidal screening, whereas, pest repellency property of the triterpenoid was determined by filter paper disc method.

Results

At 24 hours of exposure duration, significant mortality records (80% and 86%) were observed at doses 0.88 and 1.77 mg/cm2. No significant change in mortality records was observed when duration of exposure was increased up to 48 hours. The triterpenoid showed significant repellency activity at doses 0.47 and 0.94 mg/cm2.

Conclusion

These data suggest that the triterpenoid 2α,3β,21β,23,28-penta hydroxyl 12-oleanene possess both pesticidal and pest repellency activities against T. castaneum and can be used in controlling the pest of grain-based products.

为推动植物源杀螨剂的研发进程,采用玻片浸渍法测定40种植物丙酮提取物对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabrinus)雌成螨的毒杀活性,以期发现具开发潜力的植物资源。结果表明,沙茴香(Ferula bungeana)、盐肤木(Rhus chinensis)、黄连木(Pistacia chinensis)、紫丁香(Syringa oblata)和南方六道木(Abelia dielsii)等5种植物丙酮提取物对朱砂叶螨的毒杀活性较好;毒力测定表明,沙茴香和盐肤木丙酮提取物对朱砂叶螨的毒杀活性最好,LC50分别为0.08 g·mL-1和0.09 g·mL-1。可见,沙茴香和盐肤木可作为植物源杀螨剂研发的候选材料,值得进一步研究。  相似文献

《国际植物命名法规》的修订由每六年一次的国际植物学大会(IBC)命名分会来决定。第18届国际植物学大会在澳大利亚墨尔本举行;命名分会于2011年7月18日至22日召开,其决议获得7月30日的全体会议通过。“墨尔本法规”有几个重要的变化,将影响新名称的发表。这些变化中的两个将在“墨尔本法规”出版前的几个月,即于2012年1月1日起生效。通过以移动文档格式(Portable Document Format;pdf)在线发表的具有国际标准连续出版物号(ISSN)或国际标准图书编号(ISBN)的电子出版物,将构成有效发表。新分类群名称的合格发表所必须的拉丁文描述或特征集要将更改为拉丁文或英文描述或特征集要。此外,自2013年1月1日起,被处理为真菌的生物的新名称必须在原始资料(某一名称合格发表时与之有关的所有资料)中引证一个由一家公认的存储库(例如MycoBank)签发的标识码,才构成合格发表。本文提供了有关电子出版物的新规则的草案文本,并概述了相应的最佳做法。  相似文献

牛头岗遗址是江苏南京较大的古文化遗址,遗址文化层中植硅体组合揭示在新石器晚期(约3500Cal.aBP前),南京地区气候偏暖偏湿;商代(约3500—3000Cal.aBP),气候温暖湿润;西周早期(约3000Cal.aBP后),气候又偏暖偏湿。明显的气候波动与全新世中晚期全球气候变化可以对比。相邻何颖遗址的文化内涵和哺乳动物遗存,与牛头岗植硅体组合反映的植被与生态比较一致。新石器晚期至西周时期的气候与环境适宜古代先民的繁衍与生存,南京及滁河流域古文化内涵丰富。  相似文献

圈养草食性野生动物产生的大量粪便堆积容易造成环境污染,且处理耗时耗力。如果能筛选、利用粪食性金龟对草食性野生动物粪便进行处理,无疑具有一定的应用价值。本研究于2019年8和9月,以南京红山森林动物园3种圈养草食性野生动物,亚洲象(Elephas maximus)、黇鹿(Dama dama)和长颈鹿(Giraffa camelopardalis)的新鲜粪便为诱饵,在南京紫金山研究了粪便对粪食性金龟的引诱效果。本实验分为2个阶段,第1阶段采用更换陷阱法,第2阶段采用放置陷阱法,采用单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA)对粪食性金龟诱捕数量进行检验。第1阶段更换陷阱法共引诱采集粪食性金龟4 597头,隶属于1科5属7种,优势种为中华嗡蜣螂(Onthophagus sinicus)和短亮凯蜣螂(Caccobius brevis),占总捕获量的比例分别为48.79%和30.95%。第2阶段放置陷阱法共引诱采集粪食性金龟3 512头,同样隶属于1科5属7种,物种与阶段1实验结果相同。粪食性金龟对3种野生动物粪便显示多食性特征,在3种粪便中取食活动的有效时间段主要集中在1 ~ 2 d内,活动时间较短,粪便放置第7天,基本不存在粪食性金龟的活动。粪食性金龟群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数在亚洲象粪便中相对较高。本研究表明,动物园3种圈养草食性野生动物粪便对粪食性金龟具有较好的引诱效果,未来需进一步研究粪食性金龟对粪便的处理效果。  相似文献

BackgroundMetals are a minor constituent in honey, but they have been suggested to be a potential tool to characterize honeys according to their botanical or geographical origin.MethodsA total of 40 metals were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry in monofloral and multifloral honeys from Northwestern Italy. PCA and ANOVA were used to discriminate honeys according to the various floral types.ResultsThe highest levels of trace elements and rare earth elements (REEs) were found in chestnut honey, while the lowest concentrations were recorded in acacia and rhododendron honeys. Rubidium and aluminum were the most represented nonessential elements, while manganese, iron, zinc and copper had the highest values of the essential elements. Potentially toxic elements arsenic, cadmium and lead were close to or below the limit of quantification.ConclusionsThe present study showed significant differences in metal concentrations according to honey floral type, reflecting the strong influence of botanical origin on the chemical composition of this particular food.  相似文献
